A cancellation received at least 6 hours before the confirmed pickup time is free of charge. If you have paid all or part of the fare in advance, the amount received is refunded.
We initiate an eligible refund within 24 hours of receiving the cancellation. When the funds appear in your account then depends on your bank and payment method.
If cancellation is received less than 6 hours before pickup, payments already made for that transfer are not refunded.
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the confirmed start time, as stated in our FAQ. For a later request, please contact us to check the conditions applicable to your booking.
Send your booking reference by email or WhatsApp. The deadline is measured from when your request reaches us to the confirmed pickup time. A schedule change or delayed flight is not automatically a cancellation: send us your flight number and contact us.
