The earlier the better, particularly during the Monaco Grand Prix, the Cannes Film Festival or the Yacht Show. One important exception: any pickup located inside the Principality of Monaco requires a minimum notice of 2 hours before departure under Monegasque regulations.

Of course. Give us the passenger's name and telephone number at booking: that name appears on the welcome board and the chauffeur contacts them directly.

For a one-way transfer, cancellation is free if we receive your request at least 6 hours before pickup. Less than 6 hours before pickup, payments already made are not refunded. We initiate any eligible refund within 24 hours of cancellation; bank processing times vary. For an hourly booking, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the start. Read the full policy.

In a saloon or a van, hold and cabin luggage travel without difficulty — tell us how many pieces at booking so we propose the right vehicle. On the bike taxi we accept cabin-sized bags and reasonably sized laptop cases.

Small companions are welcome, provided they travel in a carrier. Please let us know in advance.

Yes. A surcharge may apply if the requested route is not optimal in time or distance — announced before departure.

Yes, on request and at no charge. Give us the child's age and weight at booking so the right seat is fitted.
